- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Applied for a home loan through this bank and they lost all of our paperwork with our social security numbers and employment information on it along with our credit report they had pulled... they say it was shredded after months of searching for it... I don't trust that considering initially they couldn't locate it... will never do business with this bank. Very unprofessional in my opinion to lose documents with such personal information in them.By Mary Gill, September 13, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I wish I could give 10 stars!! We have been banking with the Bolivar MO branch for several years and it's really nice to walk in and have every employee know us on a first name basis. Today some local dirt bag stole my daughter's check book and went in and tried to get himself $375.00, one of our favorite bank employees, B......., immediately noticed something wrong with the check because she knows our family. She notified us on the spot! she stalled the guy for time and he briefly got away but the Bolivar police caught up with him and have him in custody. She saved our daughter unimaginable hardships with her finances. It pays in so many ways to bank with people who know you! Thank you for looking out for us.By David Alexander, April 04, 2017
